Family Separation and Family Court
Separating is a very very difficult time for most people, financially, emotionally, and socially. A lot of raw emotion and adjustment occurs in the first two years following a separation, and figuring out how to co-parent effectively without negatively impacting your children can be hard when there is still a lot of hurting. Comprehensive Family Assessment for the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court are part of this process, assisting Court in understanding what is best for your children into the future.
